Project objectives and outcomes

NBN Co formed an exclusive partnership with LOTE Marketing to carry out their multicultural mail-out campaign. At every stage of installation, multicultural members of the community receive letters informing them about the upcoming National Broadband network, as it is installed region-by-region.

This correspondence help community members prepare for the upgrade to the network, and also informs them when existing landline phone and internet services will be switched off. This work is critical in a smooth and successful transition for residents.
